The company is promoted by first generation scientists having vast experience in the field of medicinal chemistry. Their experience ranges from basic research in academic institutions to having served as Director, Quality Assurance and Regulatory affairs of a US based pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Dr. Kantipudi N. Babu, A first generation entrepreneur, a medicinal chemist, completed his Ph. D. from University of Pune, under the guidance of Prof. R. S. Mali. And post doctoral research at UBC, Vancouver, Canada under Prof. Martin Tanner. He has rich experience covering more than 15 years in research working for both industries as well as in academia.

Gopalkrishnan Kalpathi, Mr. Kalpathi is a post graduate in chemistry from the University of Pune and has more than 34 years of experience in various functions of pharmaceutical industries such as R&D, AR&D, QARA and QC. He has worked for very reputed pharmaceutical companies in both India and US and his last assignment being with US pharmaceutical company as Director, QA & RA before returning to India in 2010.
